Assess

The first step is to assess your current situation.  In Start Here, you will evaluate your practice history, historical marketing efforts, identify revenue goals, and summarize contacts and more. In addition, each Marketing Module has its own assessment tool to help you assess your skill level in each area of your practice.

Plan

Here you will set proactive goals and put plans in place for the growth and development of your practice. You will add contacts to the Contact Manager, and add activities to the Activity Manager. MYLP contains the tools you will need to define your marketing objectives, identify your target audiences, define what makes you unique as a lawyer and communicate effectively through key messages.

Implement

Each Marketing Module has pages of implementation resources for you. Select those activities which fit your personality and style. Use the Add an Activity Tool to create your marketing action plan. Make sure you use the Remind Me feature so your Virtual Marketing Coach can help keep you focused!

Measure

Each Marketing Module also contains a measurement tool to help you measure your level of success in each Marketing Module. There is even a Marketing Report Card available in your Marketing Folder to easily keep track of how you are improving.
